I’m passionate about healing the body on all levels—physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. My approach blends therapeutic massage with intuitive energy work, helping you release tension, realign your energy, and reconnect with your true self. Whether you're navigating stress, pain, burnout, or simply seeking a deeper sense of balance, my goal is to support your journey toward becoming the highest, most vibrant version of yourself.

Why I Do This Work.
My journey into healing began long before I ever stepped into a classroom or placed my hands on a client. I was raised by a woman who lived and breathed this path—my mother, a gifted Reiki Master and physical healer. She was the kind of person who could soothe pain with a simple touch and bring calm into any room she entered.
Growing up, I watched her care for others with compassion, intuition, and a deep understanding of the body and energy. Her work wasn’t just about helping people feel better—it was about helping them remember who they truly are. That stayed with me.
Inspired by Her Hands, Guided by Her Spirit
When she passed, I felt a calling to continue what she started—not just to honor her legacy, but to take it to the next level. Becoming a massage therapist and Reiki Master felt like coming home. It gave me the tools to carry forward her wisdom, while weaving in my own voice, my own hands, and my own heart.
This work is personal. It’s sacred. And it’s my way of helping others come back to themselves—just like my mother once did for so many.
